The 2017 proposed budget was adopted at the annual meeting of the Beacon Hills Pond Owners Association resulting in a slight increase in dues from $120.65 to $125.00. Invoices are expected to be sent out after the 1st of the year. To view the meeting minutes click here.
Why Do Need to Maintain Our Ponds?
The Ponds at Beacon Hills are part of the storm-water management system for the subdivision. They are designed to control flooding in the area and also provide aesthetic beauty, and habitat for wildlife. The Town of Greenville and the Wisconsin DNR holds the homeowners responsible for the maintenance of the ponds for both for the control of storm water volume and minimal water quality standards. Beacon Hills Pond Owners Hires Pointe Association Management
The Beacon Hills Pond Owners Association has hired Pointe Association Management to provide management services for the Association. The Professionals at Point will provide annual association dues billing services and payment processing as well as handle the bid process for pond maintenance to insure the highest value at the lowest cost for these services. Point Association management also provides website services at no additional cost to keep members informed on the business of the Association and provide a communication tool for Beacon Hill Pond members.
