Nominate Yourself or Another to Serve on the Board


Call for Nominations

The board position of Secretary Treasurer, currently held by Rob Dobratz, is open for nominations and election at the annual meeting on November 20th. The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for the finances of the Association on a higher level much like the CFO of a corporation. All Board Members have full voting rights on the business of the Association.

In spite of the importance of the position, the time commitment is minimal. All financial transactions and the day to day bookkeeping and tactical duties are handled by the management company.

Please consider nominating yourself or another owner for this position. Nominations can be submitted in advance by e-mail to [email protected] or by mail, post marked no later than November 15 th to Pointe Association Management PO Box 320214 Franklin, WI. 53132. Names of those nominated will be posted on the website at: https://beaconhillspond.webs.com. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the Annual Meeting

Why Do Need to Maintain Our Ponds? 

The Ponds at Beacon Hills are part of the storm-water management system for the subdivision. They are designed to control flooding in the area and also provide aesthetic beauty, and habitat for wildlife. The Town of Greenville and the Wisconsin DNR holds the homeowners responsible for the maintenance of the ponds for both for the control of storm water volume and minimal water quality standards.
